These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of aksanafinance.com (the “Website”), operated by Aksana Liazouskaya, an independent financial consultant based in the Republic of Belarus (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. No client relationship

Viewing the Website, sending an email, submitting scheduling information, or participating in an introductory call does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship. A client relationship begins only after the applicable parties agree to a separate written proposal, engagement letter, or services agreement.

The description and starting price of the Financial Health Check are general information. Final scope, fee, timing, deliverables, payment terms, assumptions, and exclusions will be confirmed separately after the business and available data have been reviewed.
